Four O'Clock Farm is perhaps one of the most charming places to hit the West side of Wisconsin, ever. (Okay, so I'm biased because I love this place A WHOLE LOT.) Bailey Webster bought the farm two years ago after changing her degree from music (she only had 12 credits left!) to horticulture. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, worked for a farm out of Osceola, WI for a summer and decided it would be a fantastic idea to start her own little veggie farm just outside her hometown of Prescott, WI. And you know, it was a fantastic idea. She has a passion for vegetables and feeding people good, nutritious food. She sells vegetables out of her garage on an honor system, and frequents weekly markets nearby in Hudson and Afton. She's one inspiring lady! Stop over sometime and say hello, she'd love that and so would her adorable dog, Alma.
